What You Need to Do (Key Responsibilities)We are looking for aggressive, energetic field sales professionals who aren’t afraid to hit the pavement. You will be the physical bridge between traditional business owners and our technical team.

• Market Grinding: Conduct exactly 10 physical in-person cold visits per day to wholesalers, distributors, and factory owners in your assigned local market hub.
• The Pitch: Introduce our custom e-commerce management and WhatsApp automation packages directly to the business owner or decision-maker.
• The Handoff: Your core goal is to hook the owner’s interest within 2 minutes, open your device, and launch an on-the-spot Google Meet video call to connect them live with our Technical Founder.
• Database Building: Distribute our digital agency profiles via QR code scans to busy owners and collect their direct contact numbers for our corporate follow-up pipeline.
• What You Get (Compensation & Perks): Base Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month fixed (upon selection for the permanent full-time role).

The Selection Process: Our 1-Week Field Test. We do not hire based on fancy degrees or boring resumes—we hire based on real-world hunger and execution. Every shortlisted candidate will participate in a 1-week practical evaluation on the field.

• Here is how the test works: You will complete a minimum of 50 physical cold visits during the full week (10 visits per day) in your local wholesale market.If you make even 1 single sale during this evaluation week, you will receive an immediate cash performance bonus of ₹5,000.If you make 0 sales but successfully complete all 50 verified visits with complete dedication and daily location reporting, you will still win an official 1-Month Internship Certificate from our registered agency to majorly boost your CV.Based strictly on your active performance, daily energy, and communication skills during this week, we will select the top 5 closing agents for immediate permanent full-time hiring.Candidate Requirements & Mandatory ToolsEducation: Minimum 12th Pass (Undergraduates, BBA, BCA, or recent graduates looking for a major break are highly welcome).
• Mandatory Tools: Must own a functional Laptop or Tablet with an active, high-speed mobile internet data connection. Applications without a laptop/tablet will be automatically rejected.
• Tech Awareness: Must have basic technical knowledge. You should understand what websites, e-commerce platforms, and basic digital software automation mean so you can talk to business owners intelligently.
• Languages: Must be completely fluent in Hindi and Punjabi to comfortably build rapport with traditional local business owners.
• Must possess strong objection-handling skills and the mental resilience to handle field rejections without slowing down.
