Position Overview


We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive sales and market expansion for our range of plastic household and consumer products, including wipers, clothes hangers, easy mops, cleaning accessories, storage products, and other home utility items. The candidate will be responsible for developing distributor networks, generating new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within assigned territories.



Key Responsibilities


Sales & Business Development

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Develop new distributors, wholesalers, dealers, and retail customers.

• Expand product reach in existing and new markets.

• Identify business opportunities and generate leads.

• Conduct regular market visits to increase product penetration.


Channel Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers.

• Monitor distributor performance and sales growth.

• Ensure adequate stock availability across the distribution network.

• Support distributors in secondary sales activities.


Market Development

• Conduct market surveys to identify customer needs and emerging trends.

• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotional strategies.

• Recommend new products and market opportunities to management.

• Increase brand visibility through retailer engagement and promotional activities.


Customer Relationship Management

• Handle customer inquiries and provide product information.

• Resolve customer complaints and service issues promptly.

• Maintain long-term relationships with key customers and channel partners.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.


Sales Reporting

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

• Track sales performance against targets.

• Maintain records of customer interactions, orders, and collections.

• Provide market intelligence and sales forecasts.


Collection & Payment Follow-Up

• Monitor outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.

• Coordinate with accounts and customers regarding payment schedules.

• Maintain healthy receivable levels within assigned territories.

Qualification

• Graduate in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or related field.

• MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred but not mandatory.



Experience

• 2–5 years of sales experience in:

• Plastic Household Products

• Cleaning Products

• Consumer Goods

• FMCG

• Home Utility Products

• General Trade Distribution

• Experience handling distributors, wholesalers, and retail networks will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience selling products such as wipers, mops, hangers, buckets, brushes, dustpans, and household utility products.

• Strong network within General Trade (GT), wholesale markets, and retail channels.

• Possession of a valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.

• Energetic, disciplined, and passionate about achieving sales growth.


Goal of the Role: Drive revenue growth, expand market presence, strengthen distribution networks, and increase brand visibility for the company’s plastic household consumer products portfolio.
