Field Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities• Visit retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and institutional buyers regularly

• Promote company products including garments, school uniforms, fabrics, and apparel items

• Generate new business leads and develop customer relationships

• Conduct market surveys and identify new sales opportunities

• Meet purchase managers, shop owners, and decision-makers

• Collect customer requirements and coordinate with the sales team

• Achieve daily visit targets and monthly business goals

• Maintain records of visits, leads, inquiries, and follow-ups

• Monitor competitor activities and market trends

• Submit daily and weekly field activity reports

Requirements & Qualifications• 0–3 years of experience in field marketing, sales, or business development

• Experience in garments, textiles, uniforms, or fabrics will be preferred

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to work independently and achieve targets

• Comfortable with extensive field travel

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools

• Own two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred

• Graduate / 12th Pass with relevant experience can apply
