Job Description

  • Supervise daily production activities and ensure work is completed as per schedule.
  • Monitor workers and ensure proper utilization of manpower.
  • Ensure product quality and adherence to company standards.
  • Maintain daily production records and reports.
  • Coordinate with management regarding production status and operational issues.
  • Ensure proper material handling and stock movement within the factory.
  • Maintain discipline, safety and housekeeping on the factory floor.
  • Report machine breakdowns, material shortages and production issues to management.
  • Ensure workers follow instructions and standard operating procedures.
  • Assist in implementing quality control measures and process improvements.
