eCommerce Operations Manager

We’re looking for a sharp, hands-on E-Commerce Operations Manager to take ownership of our day-to-day e-commerce operations and help drive execution across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate day-to-day e-commerce operations and ensure tasks are completed on time
• Coordinate with marketing, creative, tech and other external agencies and drive execution
• Work closely with the Graphic Designer and provide relevant creative/content inputs
• Have a strong understanding of social media trends, content and what is currently working
• Understand the basics of Meta Ads, Google Ads, WhatsApp Marketing, CRM and digital marketing
• Manage basic website, product, campaign and e-commerce requirements
• Use AI tools effectively for research, content, productivity and day-to-day execution
• Track tasks, performance and important e-commerce metrics

What We’re Looking For:

Someone who is smart, proactive, organised and commercially aware, with enough understanding of e-commerce, marketing, social media and technology to take ownership without needing everything explained from scratch.

Experience: 2–4 years in E-Commerce / D2C / Digital Operations preferred.

In addition to the fixed salary, a performance-linked incentive of a percentage of monthly gross sales will be offered once the business reaches an agreed sales threshold, with the exact structure to be discussed.
