About the Role:- CEE ENN PROMOTERS & DEVELOPERS is looking for a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to manage customer relationships throughout the property-buying journey, from booking and documentation to payment coordination, possession, and post-sales support...Female Candidate preferred.

Key Responsibilities: -

• Customer Relationship ManagementMaintain strong and professional relationships with customers.
• Communicate with customers regarding their queries, requirements, and updates.
• Ensure a positive customer experience through timely and effective communication.

Customer Follow-Up: -

• Conduct regular follow-ups with customers regarding bookings, payments, documentation, and other requirements.
• Keep track of pending customer requests and ensure timely follow-up.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

Query & Complaint Handling:-

• Respond to customer queries and concerns professionally.
• Understand customer issues and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.
• Follow up until customer concerns are properly addressed.

Customer Records & CRM Management:-

• Maintain accurate and updated customer information in the CRM system.
• Update customer interactions, follow-ups, requests, and status regularly.
• Prepare basic customer follow-up and status reports when required.

Performance Expectations: -

• Maintain timely and consistent customer follow-ups.
• Ensure accurate and updated CRM records.
• Respond to customer queries professionally and within the expected timeframe.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and a high standard of customer service.
• Ensure pending customer requests are properly tracked and followed up.

Eligibility & Experience: -

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in CRM, customer relationship management, customer service, or real estate is preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills and a customer-focused approach may also be considered.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software will be an advantage.
