Customer Onboarding Executive - Voice / Blended

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Onboarding Executive to guide new customers through the onboarding process. The ideal candidate will ensure a smooth transition for clients, helping them understand and effectively use Zaroori Retail’s products and services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer success, onboarding, or client servicing (freshers with strong communication skills may be considered).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• Customer-first mindset and a proactive attitude.
