Valuation Executive cum Report Drafter

Eligibility: Candidates from any stream may apply, with preference given to Diploma in Civil Engineering / B.Tech (Civil).Role: The candidate will be responsible for drafting valuation reports and data punching in bank software.

Required Skills:Proficiency in MS Excel and other basic software.Good communication skills for interaction with banks, site engineers, and office staff.Female candidates may also apply.

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹18,000 per month, plus incentives based on targets

2. Technical Site Engineer

Eligibility: Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Role: Conducting site visits for property valuation in Sangrur and Ludhiana districts.Required Skills:Good communication and technical knowledge of basic civil engineering.Ability to measure properties and collect technical data.Must own a two-wheeler for site visits.

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month, plus conveyance allowance.
