Job Summary

ThinkNEXT Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Business Development Executive / Manager to join our team in Ludhiana/Mohali.

The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new clients, promoting digital marketing services, conducting client meetings, and achieving sales targets.

• Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals and market research.
• Promote and sell digital marketing services to businesses and organizations.
• Understand clients' business requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
• Generate leads through field visits, social networking and other business development channels.
• Conduct meetings and presentations with potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and decision-makers.
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into successful business deals.
• Negotiate with clients and close sales while achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential clients.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions and sales activities.
• Travel within Ludhiana and nearby areas for client meetings and field sales activities.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation in any stream.
• Candidates with experience in Justdial Business Development roles will be preferred.
• Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation, convincing and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
• Willingness to work in field sales and travel as required.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing services is preferred.
• Valid driving license and car driving skills preferred.
