This is a strictly onsite / work from office role.
Role Overview
We are hiring a Telecalling & Business Development Executive who will actively connect with potential business clients and help generate new SEO business opportunities for the agency.
The ideal candidate should be confident speaking with business owners, company decision makers, and marketing teams to introduce our SEO services and schedule qualified meetings.
This is a growth focused client acquisition role involving telecalling, follow ups, lead generation, and business outreach.
Key Responsibilities
• Calling potential business clients from provided data, research, and self sourced leads
• Introducing SEOBookLab’s SEO, Local SEO, AI SEO, website SEO audit, and digital growth services
• Generating qualified appointments and client discussions
• Following up with warm leads and interested prospects
• Researching businesses through Google, directories, LinkedIn, and online platforms
• Identifying businesses whose websites need SEO improvement and growth support
• Maintaining lead records, follow up status, and communication tracking
• Supporting outreach through calls, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn if required
• Helping bring new business opportunities and SEO clients to the company
Candidate Requirements
• 1 to 3 years experience in telecalling, B2B sales, lead generation, or business development preferred
• Freshers with confidence and good communication skills can also apply
• Average to proficient English communication required
• Strong Hindi communication skills required
• Confident in speaking with business owners and decision makers
• Self motivated, responsible, and target driven attitude
• Basic understanding of SEO, digital marketing, websites, or online business will be an added advantage
• Comfortable using Google Search, Excel sheets, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and online research tools
Compensation & Benefits
• Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
