Assistant Toll Plaza Manager

You will be the second-in-command at a live NHAI toll plaza. When the Plaza Manager is absent, you are in charge — of revenue, staff, compliance, and crisis response. This is not a desk job.

Your daily responsibilities:

• Oversee shift handovers, lane operations, and FASTag/ETC system monitoring
• Verify daily collection reports and reconcile cash vs. electronic transactions
• Manage 30–50 toll operators, security personnel, and housekeeping staff
• Handle vehicle disputes, exemption requests, and overloading fee documentation
• Coordinate with NHAI PIU officials for compliance reporting and audits
• Maintain plaza logs, incident reports, and equipment downtime records
• Enforce NHAI SOPs and MoRTH directives at ground level
