Job Description
- Staff AI Training & Adoption:
- Design and deliver hands-on training programs for showroom staff and technicians to confidently use AI-powered tools (such as digital tread-scanning cameras and predictive stock systems).
- Create simple, non-technical documentation, cheat sheets, and video tutorials to help frontline employees understand how to interpret AI data recommendations.
- Conduct continuous feedback workshops with store managers and sales executives to address user friction and improve the user friendliness of internal AI software.
- Predictive Inventory Modeling:
- Design and deploy AI machine learning models to analyze historical sales data, seasonal patterns, and regional weather changes.
- Predict local demand variations for different tyre sizes and brands to automate and optimize stock replenishment.
- Computer Vision for Tyre Quality Control:
- Develop and maintain computer vision systems for automated tyre tread inspection and wear analysis.
- Integrate image-recognition models into showroom diagnostic tools to instantly evaluate customer vehicle tyres and recommend replacements.
- Dynamic Pricing Algorithms:
- Build and manage real-time dynamic pricing engines that adjust retail prices based on competitor rates, raw material costs (like rubber), and current market supply.
- Customer Intent and Service Automation:
- Implement natural language processing (NLP) models and conversational AI assistants to manage online booking systems, customer FAQs, and scheduling for fitment bays.
- Deploy automated sentiment analysis tools on customer reviews and feedback to identify operational bottlenecks in the retail showrooms.
- Workshop Fleet Management Optimization:
- Program smart optimization algorithms to schedule service bay technicians, maximize bay utilization, and minimize customer vehicle wait times during peak hours.
