Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to connect with potential customers, explain products/services, and generate sales over calls. The candidate should have strong communication skills and a persuasive approach.

Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers

• Explain company products/services and generate interest
• Follow up with leads and convert them into sales
• Maintain a database of customer interactions and update CRM
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support
• Required Skills & CompetenciesGood communication and convincing skills
• Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Preferred SkillsPrior experience in telesales/BPO/telecalling
• Knowledge of sales techniques and objection handling

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Incentives
