Fabric Store Incharge

Key Responsibilities:

• Check incoming fabric as per the Purchase Order (PO).
• Maintain records of fabric received, issued, and available stock.
• Ensure proper in-house entry of all incoming and outgoing fabric.
• Monitor fabric stock and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Ensure proper storage and arrangement of fabrics in the store.
• Keep track of fabric consumption and balance stock.
• Submit fabric bills and related documents on time.
• Coordinate with the Purchase and Production departments regarding fabric requirements.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of fabrics and fabric handling.
• Knowledge of shade control is mandatory.
• Ability to manage fabric inventory efficiently.
• Computer knowledge (MS Excel and inventory entries) is mandatory.
• Experience in the garment industry's fabric store will be preferred.
