Key Responsibilities

• Listing & Cataloging: Create, update, and manage high-quality product listings, including accurate titles, descriptions, images, and pricing.
• Sales Optimization: Monitor daily sales, traffic, and conversion metrics to implement strategies that boost online revenue.
• Inventory & Order Management: Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure stock levels are updated and orders are processed without delay.
• Platform Management: Oversee day-to-day operations on marketplace panels (like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, or our own website).
• Returns & Claims: Track customer returns, manage order cancellations, and file marketplace claims for damaged or lost inventory.
• Competitor Analysis: Keep an eye on market trends, competitor pricing, and promotional activities to keep our brand competitive.
