Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and professional Customer Support Manager to lead customer service operations and ensure excellent client satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in handling customer queries, and good knowledge and usage of LinkedIn for professional communication and networking.


Key Responsibilities: Manage daily customer support operations and resolve customer concerns efficiently.

  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
  • Handle customer queries via phone, email, chat, and social media platforms.
  • Monitor and improve customer support processes and team performance.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships using LinkedIn and other communication platforms.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues quickly.
  • Prepare customer service reports and feedback analysis.


Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support or customer service management.
