Tender Specialist / Bid Manager

Location: Lucknow (Office-Based)

Salary: ₹28,000 – ₹33,000/month

Amay Infotech is looking for an experienced Tender Specialist / Bid Manager to handle end-to-end Government, PSU, GeM, and Private Sector tendering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Search and analyze Government & Private tenders.
• Prepare and submit Technical & Financial Bids.
• Prepare BOQ, cost estimates, pricing, and commercial proposals.
• Manage GeM, CPPP, and State e-Tender portals.
• Coordinate with Finance, HR, Legal, and Management for documentation.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant bid submissions.
• Track bid status, maintain tender records, and support post-award documentation.

Requirements:

• 2–5+ years of experience in Tender/Bid Management.
• Strong knowledge of GeM, CPPP, e-Tender portals, BOQ, estimation, costing, and tender documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PDF tools.
• Graduate (MBA/Engineering/Management preferred).
