Tender Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and search for relevant government tenders through the GeM Portal and other e-tendering portals.
• Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, terms and conditions, and submission deadlines.
• Prepare, verify, and submit tender-related documents within the prescribed timelines.
• Assist in preparing technical bids, financial bids, declarations, certificates, and other supporting documents.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to collect quotations and required documentation.
• Maintain tender records, monitor submission deadlines, and track tender status.
• Prepare basic MIS reports and maintain tender-related data and documentation.
• Draft official letters, emails, and other tender-related correspondence as required.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience with the GeM Portal and government e-tendering portals is mandatory.
• Practical knowledge of tender documentation and online tender submission procedures.
• Basic understanding of technical and financial bid preparation.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word will be an added advantage.
• Basic official letter drafting and email writing skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Strong attention to detail, coordination, and time management skills.
