Telesales Representative

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to contact potential and existing customers, explain products or services, generate leads, schedule appointments, and maintain positive customer relationships.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Answer inbound customer inquiries professionally.
• Explain company products and services clearly.
• Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.
• Schedule appointments or follow-up calls.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
• Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
