Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Telesales Manager to lead our telecalling and customer acquisition operations. The candidate will be responsible for generating solar sales opportunities, managing telecalling executives, converting leads into site visits and installations, and ensuring excellent customer engagement throughout the sales process.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesTeam ManagementLead, train, and monitor the telesales team.
  • Set daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
  • Track team performance and conversion ratios.
  • Conduct regular coaching and performance reviews.
  • Lead Generation & SalesHandle inbound and outbound sales calls.
  • Convert inquiries into qualified solar leads.
  • Explain solar rooftop systems, PM Surya Ghar Yojana benefits, subsidy structure, and financing options.
  • Schedule site surveys for interested customers.
  • Follow up on pending quotations and proposals.
  • Customer Relationship ManagementMaintain customer records in CRM/Excel.
  • Resolve customer queries professionally.
  • Ensure timely follow-up until project closure.
  • Collect customer feedback and referrals.
  • Reporting & AnalyticsPrepare daily sales reports.
  • Monitor lead sources and conversion rates.
  • Analyze sales performance and suggest improvements.
  • Coordinate with marketing and installation teams.
  • Required QualificationsGraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 2–5 years experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales.
  • Experience in solar, electrical, insurance, banking, telecom, or consumer durable sectors preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software.
