Telecalling Sales – Recovery Candidate RequirementsPosition: Telecalling Sales / Recovery Executive

Candidate Requirements:

  • Age: 20–35 years
  • Education: 12th Pass / Graduate
  • Experience: 1–3 years in telecalling, sales, collection or recovery preferred
  • Communication: Hindi बोलने की अच्छी क्षमता; basic English preferred
  • Sales Skills: Customer को convince करने और payment/settlement के लिए motivate करने की क्षमता
  • Recovery Knowledge: Outstanding payment, EMI और collection process की basic knowledge
  • Follow-up: Customer से regular calls और payment commitment का follow-up
  • Target Oriented: Daily/monthly calling और recovery targets achieve करने की क्षमता
