Telesales Executive

De-Luxe Design is looking for a motivated and responsible Female Office Manager / Client Relationship Executive to join our team. We welcome both freshers and experienced candidates who are eager to learn and grow in a professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming client calls and inquiries professionally.

Follow up with leads generated through IndiaMART and other platforms.

Communicate with potential clients and assist in converting leads into sales.

Manage and coordinate day-to-day office activities.

Handle basic social media management, including posting content and engagement.

Assist with basic video editing and content-related tasks.

Support basic SEO and digital marketing activities.

Maintain client records and ensure timely follow-ups.

Coordinate with the team and provide regular work updates.

Requirements:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of social media platforms.

Basic video editing skills (preferred).

Understanding of SEO and digital marketing concepts is a plus.

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn.
