We are looking for confident and result-oriented Sales Executives who can convert business prospects into paying customers.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle leads generated through Facebook and Instagram advertisements.
• Make outbound calls to company-provided business databases.
• Explain GST, Income Tax, ROC, DSC and other compliance services.
• Understand customer requirements and qualify prospects.
• Handle objections, negotiate and close sales.
• Follow up with interested customers and convert opportunities.
• Maintain lead records, call outcomes and follow-ups in the company CRM.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Participate in online meetings and sales training.

Daily Performance Expectations

• 300 outbound dialer calls.
• 150–200 connected calls (target).
• 5–10 qualified prospects.
• 15–20 meaningful follow-ups.
• 100% CRM updates and daily reporting.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• B2B Sales, Tele-sales, GST, Income Tax or Financial Services experience preferred.
• Good communication, convincing and negotiation skills.
• Basic to intermediate MS Excel / Google Sheets knowledge.
• Knowledge of CRM, calling dialers and Zoom meetings preferred.
• Personal laptop and reliable Wi-Fi connection mandatory.
• Languages: Hindi, English and relevant local language.

Salary & Incentives

First Month: ₹5,000 fixed + sales incentives.

From Second Month: ₹9,000 onwards + sales incentives, after successful completion of the first-month evaluation.

Higher fixed salaries can be offered to experienced and proven sales closers.

Additional performance bonuses are available.

Working Schedule

• Monday to Saturday.
• 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
• Sunday weekly off.
• 100% Work From Home.

Laptop, Mobile & Travel

• Personal laptop and reliable internet are mandatory.
• Personal SIM may be required during the initial evaluation period.
• Personal numbers may receive SPAM labels due to frequent business calls.
• Company SIM will be provided after permanent confirmation.
• Occasional client visits may be required; approved travel expenses will be reimbursed.

Work Discipline

• Employees must remain available at their designated work location during working hours.
• Personal errands or travelling during working hours require prior approval.
• Daily attendance, CRM updates and sales reporting are compulsory.
• Official calls may be recorded through the authorised company calling system for quality monitoring, with appropriate customer notification.
