Telesales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students, explaining course details, generating admissions leads, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contact potential students through phone calls and follow-ups.

- Provide accurate information about courses, fees, admissions, and university programs.

- Understand student requirements and guide them to suitable courses.

- Maintain and update lead records in CRM or Excel sheets.

- Follow up with interested candidates to convert inquiries into admissions.

- Achieve daily and monthly calling and admission targets.

- Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth enrollment process.

- Handle student queries professionally and efficiently.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.

- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Performance Incentives
