Job Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain Mutual Fund & Stock Broking services.

Generate leads and schedule follow-ups with interested clients.

Maintain customer records and update call details in the system.

Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.

Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.

Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Requirements

Strong verbal communication and convincing skills.

Good Hindi communication; basic English knowledge preferred.

Confident and professional telephone etiquette.

Basic computer knowledge.

Ability to learn financial products and market-related services.

Positive attitude and willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
