Telecalling Executive

Company: Ampfuel Solar (Hybrid Inverters & Solar Solutions)

Location: Remote (Preference: Lucknow & Uttar Pradesh)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month + Performance Incentives

We are looking for energetic and confident Telecalling Executives to connect with solar EPC companies across India. Your role is to introduce our hybrid inverter products, build relationships, qualify leads, and schedule meetings for our sales team.

No field work is required. This is a work-from-home position.

Responsibilities:

• Call solar EPC companies from the provided database.
• Introduce Ampfuel's hybrid inverter products.
• Understand customer requirements and qualify leads.
• Send product catalogues and pricing via WhatsApp.
• Follow up with interested customers.
• Update call status and customer details in the CRM.
• Schedule meetings for senior sales executives.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of telecalling, telesales, or B2B sales experience.
• Excellent Hindi communication skills.
• Basic English reading and writing.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, and CRM software.
• Laptop and stable internet connection.
• Quiet work environment for calling.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Preferred

• Experience in B2B sales.
• Experience in electrical, solar, industrial products, or distribution sales.
• Experience with CRM software.
• Salary & IncentivesFixed Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000/month (based on experience)
