About the Role

We're a growing e-commerce company looking for an energetic Telecaller Executive to manage customer calls across our order lifecycle. You'll play a key role in confirming orders, reducing failed deliveries, and recovering lost sales — directly impacting our revenue and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Order Confirmation

Call customers to confirm newly placed orders (address, product, payment mode)

Verify COD orders to reduce fake or mistaken orders

Update order status accurately in the system/CRM

NDR Management (Non-Delivery Reports)

Follow up on failed/pending deliveries and understand the reason

Coordinate with customers to reschedule delivery or correct address details

Work with the logistics/courier team to push RTO (Return to Origin) numbers down

Convert undelivered orders into successful deliveries wherever possible

Abandoned Cart Recovery

Call customers who added items but didn't complete checkout

Understand hesitation (price, doubts, payment issues) and help them complete the purchase

Share offers or assist with placing the order over call

General

Maintain accurate call records and daily reports

Meet daily and monthly targets for confirmation %, NDR conversion, and cart recovery

Handle customer queries politely over call, WhatsApp, or email

Requirements

Good communication skills in [Hindi / English]

Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily

Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, order panels)

Persuasive, patient, and target-oriented attitude

Freshers with good communication are encouraged to apply; experience in ecom/telecalling is a plus
