Telecaller

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and confident Telecaller with a B.Pharm degree and a valid pharmacist license. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, assisting customers with product information, and maintaining strong communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers

2. Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about pharmaceutical products

3. Maintain proper call records and follow-ups

4. Build and maintain good customer relationships

5. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm)

2. Valid Pharmacist License (mandatory)

3. Good communication and interpersonal skills

4. Basic computer knowledge

5. Ability to handle pressure and meet targets

Preferred:

1. Prior experience in telecalling or customer support is a plus
