Job Description – Loan Team Leader

📍 Location: Jiamau, Lucknow

💰 Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and motivate a team of loan sales executives.

Monitor daily team performance and ensure target achievement.

Provide guidance, coaching, and training to team members.

Develop strategies to improve lead conversion and productivity.

Handle escalated customer queries and resolve issues effectively.

Maintain reports and track team performance metrics.

Coordinate with management to achieve business goals.

Ensure compliance with company policies and loan processes.

Requirements

Prior experience as a Team Leader in the Loan, Banking, Finance, or Insurance sector.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to motivate and drive team performance.

Good knowledge of loan products and sales processes.

Basic computer and reporting skills.

Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
