Job Summary

Team Leader Kotak Life Insurance is responsible for recruiting, managing, and driving a team of Financial Advisors/Consultants. This role focuses on s leadership, team development, and expanding the APC channel by ensuring consistent performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruit and onboard. Candidates for the multiple positions from online portals/referrals.

- Assist and guide candidates to achieve targets.

- Drive insurance sales through the agency channel on team basis.

- Support advisors in lead generation, client meetings, and policy closures.

- Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement (NOPs & premium targets).

- Build strong relationships with clients and maintain long-term engagement.

- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.

Key Requirements:

- Graduate/pursuing in any discipline.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Sales-driven mindset with leadership qualities.

- Ability to build and manage a team.

- Basic understanding of financial products.

Experience:

- 0–3 years (Freshers with strong networking skills can apply).
