Store Operations & Counter Sales Executive (2 Openings)

Job Overview:

We are seeking two responsible, energetic, and highly versatile Store Operations & Counter Sales Executives to join our team. This role requires absolute honesty, financial transparency, and high operational discipline. You will handle multiple responsibilities on our storefront floor, balancing walk-in counter clients and temporary field tasks along with accurate counting and maintenance of warehouse inventory. This position includes hands-on technical operations, including the assembly, testing, and packaging of LED lighting product lines. We enforce a zero-mistake packing rule and require an individual who handles cash collections accurately down to the single rupee and stock data accurately.

Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 9:00 PM (6 Days a Week, Weekly off on Sunday)

Salary Perks & Allowances:

• Overtime Pay: Applicable only if active store work extends beyond the standard 10.5-hour shift.
• Petrol Allowance: Provided only if a personal two-wheeler is used for field dispatches, payment collections, or market order booking. If a company vehicle is used, fuel is handled directly by the store management.

Selection Process (2 Interview Rounds):

• Round 1: Preliminary Screening: Review of your past retail/store employment history, verbal communication, and availability for market hours.
• Round 2: Practical "On-Site" Skills Assessment: A brief practical evaluation of your mathematical calculation accuracy, stock counting coordination, and floor speed.

Core Responsibilities & Focus Areas:

• Counter Sales & Field Flexibility: Greet walk-in clients, explain product attributes at the showroom counter, and handle outdoor market queries to pitch products and secure customer orders.
• Honest Payment Collection: Manage customer retail billing, handle cash/digital payment collections with absolute transparency, and deliver exact daily accounts at any point of time to the last single rupee.
• Granular Inventory Tracking: Perform daily physical stock counts, verify incoming inventory, place boxes neatly onto assigned racks, and maintain clean warehouse storage bays.
• Zero-Mistake Packing & Logistics: Securely wrap, tie, and package outgoing client materials strictly matching invoice data fields. Assist the floor team in safely loading and unloading large product bundles (90-100 kg rolls) onto transport e-rickshaws/loaders using proper team lifting.
• Warehouse Upkeep & Scooty Deliveries: Maintain high standards of store desk cleanliness and workspace organization. Execute small, urgent local dispatches using a two-wheeler for materials that easily fit onto a Scooty.
• LED Product Assembly & Testing: Assist in the hands-on assembly, physical configuration testing, quality checking, and protective technical packaging of our LED lighting product profiles.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Absolute Integrity: Strong personal transparency with a clean background in handling financial transactions.
• Versatile Mindset: Ability to quickly switch from active manual stock checking on the floor to professional customer sales discussions.
• Valid Driving License: Must possess a permanent two-wheeler driving license to run quick, urgent scooty dispatches.
• Personal Smartphone: A functional smartphone is mandatory to track transactions, log items, and maintain quick team communication.
