Store Manager

🚀 This is NOT a regular store manager job. We're looking for a young, energetic and technology-friendly professional who wants to build a career in retail management and business growth.

What You'll Do:

• Lead daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Guide and motivate the sales team to achieve higher sales.
• Improve customer experience and increase repeat customers.
• Use technology and AI tools to improve store performance.
• Create basic social media content and help grow our online presence.
• Maintain attractive product displays and store cleanliness.
• Manage stock, inventory and product availability.
• Handle customer queries professionally and confidently.
• Track daily sales and prepare simple performance reports.
• Continuously suggest new ideas to improve sales and store operations.

We're looking for someone who is

• Below 30 years of age (preferred).
• Has 1–5 years of experience in retail, sales or customer-facing roles.
• Learns quickly and enjoys using technology.
• Is comfortable with smartphones, Google Sheets/Excel, WhatsApp Business and AI tools like ChatGPT.
• Has good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Can lead a small team with confidence and positivity.
• Takes ownership instead of waiting for instructions.
• Wants to grow into a leadership role.
