Location: Vint Club, Lucknow (near Lulu Mall)/ Dcorbiz Hotel Gomtinagar Lucknow

Salary: ₹18,000 per month (negotiable)

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience Required: 1–3 years (preferred)

Education: Graduate (Commerce or related field preferred)

Preference: Candidate must be a local resident of Lucknow

Job Summary

Store Executive – DCorbiz Hotel & Vint Club Resort

We are looking for a Store Executive to manage inventory, stock records, material receipts, and issue processes for our hotel and resort operations. The candidate should ensure proper stock maintenance, coordinate with vendors, monitor inventory levels, and maintain accurate documentation. Basic computer knowledge and experience in store management or inventory control are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate stock levels and update inventory systems
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods
• Issue stock based on requisitions and maintain proper records
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for stock movement
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the store area
• Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile discrepancies
• Maintain inward/outward registers and stock ledgers
• Track consumption and assist in procurement planning
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in stores/inventory management (hospitality background preferred)
• Working knowledge of inventory software and MS Excel
• Strong record-keeping and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be a resident of Lucknow
