• Authentic Cooking: Making South Indian items with perfect, authentic, or consistent taste ke sath South Indian items banana (tulna mein: different varieties of Dosas, Idlis, Vadas, Uttapams, Appam, and traditional Sambhar/Chutneys).
• Bulk Preparation: Morning shifting mein Sambar, Rasam, aur sabhi tarah ke Dosa/Idli batters ki bulk preparation (pre-prep) accurately handle karna.
• Kitchen Operations: Kitchen ka hygiene aur cleanliness maintain rakhna. Raw materials ka waste control karna.
• Inventory Control: Daily basis par required vegetables aur grocery ka stock check karna aur requirement manager ko batana.
• Teamwork: Kitchen helpers aur stewards ke sath coordinate karke orders ko time par deliver karna.
• Candidate Requirements (Kaun Apply Kar Sakta Hai)Minimum 1-3 saal ka experience kisi acche restaurant, food court, ya hotel mein South Indian section handle karne ka.
• Dosa batter fermentation aur consistent taste maintain karne ki acchi samajh honi chahiye.
• Speed and Efficiency: Heavy rush ke time (Peak hours) bina taste kharab kiye speed mein orders nikalna aana chahiye.
• Cleanliness aur personal hygiene (saaf-safai) ka poora dhyan rakhna hoga.
