Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Solar Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV systems. The candidate will be responsible for module mounting, DC/AC cabling, inverter installation, earthing, testing & commissioning, and ensuring compliance with electrical and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install solar PV modules, mounting structures, and associated equipment.
  • Carry out DC and AC wiring, inverter installation, and system commissioning.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of solar power plants.
  • Diagnose and rectify electrical and mechanical faults.
  • Conduct routine inspections, testing, and performance checks.
  • Follow site safety procedures and maintain quality standards.
  • Coordinate with site engineers and maintain work records.
