Full Stack MERN Developer

We're looking for a passionate Full Stack Developer who enjoys solving real-world problems, building scalable products, and working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using modern JavaScript technologies.
• Build responsive and high-performance user interfaces using Next.js and React.
• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Node.js.
• Design and optimize databases using PostgreSQL.
• Build secure and well-documented REST APIs.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on production servers/cloud platforms.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and marketing teams to build new features.
• Troubleshoot bugs and improve existing systems.
• Follow clean coding standards, version control, and best development practices.

Required Skills:

• Must Have Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+)
• Excellent knowledge of Node.js
• Strong experience with Next.js
• Good understanding of React.js
• Experience with PostgreSQL
• API development using Express.js
• Authentication (JWT, OAuth)
• Git & GitHub
• Responsive UI development
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

Deployment & DevOps Knowledge:

• Linux server management
• VPS/Cloud deployment
• Nginx configuration
• PM2 process management
• Domain & DNS configuration
• SSL setup (HTTPS)
• CI/CD basics
• Environment variable management
• Database backup & migration
• Basic cloud platforms (AWS, DigitalOcean, Azure, or similar)

Good to Have:

• Redis
• Docker
• WebSockets
• TypeScript
• Tailwind CSS
• AI API integrations (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, etc.)
• Performance optimization
• SEO optimization in Next.js

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (mandatory).
• 1–3+ years of experience in Full Stack Development.
• Expertise in Full Deployment process on live.
