Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales through outbound and inbound calls, building strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and supporting junior team members in improving their performance.

The candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills with a proven track record in telesales and business development.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue GenerationConduct outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers.
  • Promote company products and services effectively.
  • Convert leads into successful sales opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
  • Lead ManagementFollow up on leads generated through various marketing channels.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records.
  • Track lead status and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Customer Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Address customer queries and concerns professionally.

  • Team SupportAssist in mentoring and guiding junior telesales executives.

  • Provide feedback on customer requirements and market trends.
  • Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer acquisition, or inside sales.
  • Experience in telecom, BPO, fintech, banking, or service industries will be preferred.
  • Required SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Customer-focused attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.
