Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the overall creative direction across campaigns and communication projects
• Ensure high standards of design quality control across all visual assets
• Conceptualize and execute campaign visualization strategies for digital and offline platforms
• Create impactful presentations, pitch decks, reports, and infographic-based communication
• Maintain branding consistency across all communication materials and campaign touchpoints
• Collaborate with content, strategy, and client teams to develop visually compelling narratives
• Guide and mentor the design team to ensure creativity, efficiency, and timely delivery
• Develop digital-first creative solutions aligned with audience behavior and platform requirements
