Senior Accountant

We are seeking a qualified, detail-oriented Senior Accountant to handle end-to-end financial operations, plant accounting, and statutory compliance for our manufacturing business. You will manage daily books independently and coordinate directly with our external Chartered Accountant (CA).

Key Responsibilities

 AP & AR: Manage vendor payouts (contractors/suppliers) and track client collections to optimize cash flow.

 Tax & Compliance: Handle precise GST computations, maximize Input Tax Credit (ITC), process TDS deductions, and ensure timely statutory filings.

 Reconciliations: Execute flawless monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and regular vendor/client ledger matching.

 Payroll & Asset Management: Process monthly attendance-linked payroll (including fixed/variable/LWP structures) and track CapEx/machinery inventory.

 CA & Bank Coordination: Prepare audit-ready financial statements, trial balances, and documentation for CA review and banking compliance.

Requirements

 5+ years in core accounting, with 2+ years in an industrial/manufacturing setup.

 Expertise in Tally Prime (Manufacturing modules), GST portal rules, and MS Excel.
