• Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop new distributors, dealers, retailers, and business partners.
• Promote and sell HYTEX Power batteries in the assigned territory.
• Generate leads and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop new business opportunities.
• Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis.
• Follow up on customer inquiries, orders, payments, and outstanding dues.
• Coordinate with the service team to resolve customer complaints.
• Submit daily sales reports and maintain customer records.
• Expand the company's dealer and distributor network.
• Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.
• Experience in battery, automobile, EV, inverter, or solar product sales preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently.
• Knowledge of local markets and willingness to travel for field sales.
• Freshers with good sales skills may also apply.
