Sales & Marketing Executive

The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through field sales, cold calling, lead generation, and on-ground market research. The role involves identifying potential customers and business opportunities, understanding market requirements, and sharing qualified leads with the company for further conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits and direct sales activities to generate business leads.
• Make cold calls and reach out to prospective customers.
• Conduct on-ground market research to identify potential clients, projects, and market opportunities.
• Identify businesses and customers requiring generator/power backup solutions.
• Generate, qualify, and regularly share leads with the company sales team.
• Gather competitor, pricing, and market information from the field.
• Maintain records of leads, customer interactions, and market findings.
• Coordinate with the internal sales team for follow-ups and lead conversion.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with prospective customers.

Preferred Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills, confidence in field sales, basic knowledge of sales processes, willingness to travel locally, and a proactive approach towards lead generation.
