Position: Real Estate Sales Executive

Location: Lucknow

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and follow up on property sales leads.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable residential/commercial properties.
• Conduct site visits and property presentations.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Handle negotiations and assist clients throughout the booking process.
• Coordinate with developers, banks, and legal teams when required.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Required SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of real estate sales and marketing.
• Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
• QualificationGraduate in any discipline (preferred).
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
