Sales Executive

Square Field LLP is hiring a Sales Executive for Nivaa · Maple Court, a 24-unit 2BHK residential project near Malhaur station in the Gomti Nagar Extension and Chinhat belt. LDA sanctioned, possession June 2027.

This is a site-facing closing role, not a telecalling role.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct site visits and walk-throughs for prospective buyers

• Handle inbound enquiries from digital, flyer and referral channels; follow up until closure

• Build and service relationships with channel partners across Gomti Nagar, Chinhat and Deva Road

• Source own leads through local networking, society outreach and referrals

• Manage sales pipeline and maintain a daily lead tracker

• Coordinate booking paperwork and payment follow-up

• Report weekly on pipeline, site visits and conversions

Requirements:

• 2+ years in residential real estate sales in Lucknow

• Working knowledge of the Gomti Nagar Extension, Chinhat, Malhaur and Deva Road micro-market

• Own two-wheeler with valid licence

• Fluent Hindi, working English

• Comfortable with WhatsApp-based follow-up and tracker discipline

• Available six days a week including weekends (weekday off given)

Preferred:

• Existing broker relationships in the Gomti Nagar belt

• Experience selling an under-construction project

Salary: ₹20,000 fixed per month + conveyance and phone allowance + closing incentives above market.
