Sales Executive

Job Description

Royal Chikan Creation, Lucknowi Chikankari wholesale manufacturer, is looking for a B2B Sales Executive to develop wholesale customers and generate business orders. The candidate will contact boutiques, clothing stores, wholesalers, resellers and overseas buyers through phone, WhatsApp, Instagram and other platforms, explain products and wholesale pricing, follow up with potential buyers, maintain customer records and convert leads into orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and follow up on B2B wholesale leads
• Contact boutiques, retailers, wholesalers and bulk buyers
• Handle WhatsApp, phone and social media inquiries
• Share product catalogues, prices and product details
• Maintain customer and lead database
• Follow up regularly and convert enquiries into orders
• Build long-term relationships with wholesale customers
• Coordinate with the team for order requirements and customer queries

Requirements:

• Good communication and convincing skills
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Instagram and Excel/Google Sheets
• Sales experience preferred but freshers with good communication skills can apply
• Hindi and basic English communication required
• Target-oriented and responsible attitude

Job Location: Lucknow

Salary: ₹7,000–₹8,000 per month
