We are looking for energetic and result-driven Sales Advisors who can help businesses discover, evaluate, and adopt Mingrow solutions to improve their operations and growth.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesContact and engage qualified leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and virtual meetings.
  • Understand customer business requirements and recommend suitable Mingrow solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Explain CRM, ERP, WhatsApp Automation, Lead Management, and Business Automation features.
  • Follow up with prospects and nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
  • Convert inquiries into paying customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and opportunities in the CRM.
  • Coordinate with onboarding and support teams for smooth customer implementation.
  • Build long-term customer relationships and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Stay updated with product features, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Required SkillsExcellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
  • Customer-focused approach with problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience in software, SaaS, CRM, ERP, or IT product sales preferred.
  • Ability to handle objections and close deals confidently.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and sales processes.
  • Good English and Hindi communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and online meeting tools.
  • Preferred QualificationGraduate or Post Graduate.
