We are looking for energetic and result-driven Sales Advisors who can help businesses discover, evaluate, and adopt Mingrow solutions to improve their operations and growth.
- Key ResponsibilitiesContact and engage qualified leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and virtual meetings.
- Understand customer business requirements and recommend suitable Mingrow solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
- Explain CRM, ERP, WhatsApp Automation, Lead Management, and Business Automation features.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
- Convert inquiries into paying customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and opportunities in the CRM.
- Coordinate with onboarding and support teams for smooth customer implementation.
- Build long-term customer relationships and identify upselling opportunities.
- Stay updated with product features, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Required SkillsExcellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
- Customer-focused approach with problem-solving mindset.
- Experience in software, SaaS, CRM, ERP, or IT product sales preferred.
- Ability to handle objections and close deals confidently.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and sales processes.
- Good English and Hindi communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and online meeting tools.
- Preferred QualificationGraduate or Post Graduate.
