Real Estate Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new sales leads through calls, site visits, referrals, and digital platforms

• Understand client needs and recommend suitable real estate projects

• Conduct property site visits and deliver detailed presentations to clients

• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to ensure conversion

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic understanding of sales and customer handling

• Willingness to do fieldwork and client visits

• Target-driven and self-motivated attitude

• Luxury real estate sales dealing with HNIs

• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply
