Job Description
Role Overview
We are hiring motivated Sales Executives and Senior Sales Executives to join our team in Lucknow. You will handle client inquiries, present properties, and drive sales across our residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
Present and pitch real estate properties to potential buyers.
Generate sales leads and follow up with prospective clients.
Conduct property viewings and guide clients through the buy process.
Negotiate and close property sales to meet targets.
Key Requirements
Prior real estate sales experience (preferred).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong discipline and commitment towards work.
Salary & Compensation
Salary: Up to ₹15,000/month (based on experience).
Incentive: Attractive performance incentive per sale.
