Job Description
Job Title: Real Estate Sales Agent
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads for residential/commercial properties.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options.
- Conduct site visits and property presentations.
- Negotiate deals and assist clients throughout the sales process.
- Build strong customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales (Banking/Insurance sales experience can also be considered).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Own vehicle preferred.
- Target-driven with a customer-focused approach.
