Job Title: Purchase Manager – Real Estate( industry)

Job Responsibilities:

Managing procurement of construction materials, equipment, and services for real estate projects

Vendor identification, evaluation, negotiation, and finalization

Ensuring timely procurement as per project requirements and budgets

Negotiating prices, contracts, and payment terms with suppliers

Coordinating with project, site, and finance teams for material planning

Monitoring inventory levels and avoiding shortages or excess stock

Ensuring quality standards and compliance with company policies

Candidate should be working as Purchase Manager in a reputed company preferably in Real Estate Construction Sector.
