📌 Role OverviewWe are looking for a Production Executive who will be responsible for coordinating and managing the production and execution of events and projects. The candidate will work closely with internal teams, vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely execution.

• 🔧 Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage day-to-day production activities.
• Assist in planning and executing events and projects.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, technicians, and service providers.
• Manage requirements related to equipment, materials, manpower, setup, and logistics.
• Monitor production activities and ensure work is completed within the required timeline.
• Coordinate with different departments for smooth event execution.
• Visit event/project locations when required.
• Supervise on-ground production and setup activities.
• Identify operational issues and coordinate for quick solutions.
• Ensure production work meets the required quality standards.
• Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with vendors and team members.
• Maintain production-related records, checklists, and reports.
• Support the team before, during, and after events.
• Be flexible with working hours during events and important project deadlines.
